Janis at Grade Three is the Place for Me had this great idea for newbies, so I thought I'd join in.
What state you are in?
The most relaxed state ever, as I'm on summer hols - hehe! When teaching I'm in a disorganised, stressy, exhausted state!!
Sorry for the lame jokes......I can't answer because I'm not in the 'States' and my little country doesn't have states, so I'm answering with country: Ireland.
Your current teaching position
I currently teach 1st Grade and have been doing so for the last eight years.
Your teaching experience
I have been teaching for 25 years. I have taught in London, England; Edinburgh, Scotland and Bavaria Germany. I have taught most grades up to Grade 5, but am happiest with Grades 1 - 3.
When you started blogging
I started my teacher blog around April of this year, but I am not a prolific poster - no self-discipline - my mantra - I must try harder!
Share a blogging tip / blogging resource
Try to leave comments when you can - I often don't know if my posts reach people.
Also I had no idea that the default on comments, until I read it on someone's blog, was the awful word verifier! I turned it off pretty quick, as I know how much they annoy me! They stopped me commenting on many blogs because I couldn't read the letters!
Lastly I watch videos as much as I can from other bloggers as I learn tips and tricks more quickly from them.
