Currently.....

I can't tell you how happy I am that March is finally here!

I'm linking up with with Farley at Oh' Boy 4th Grade to bring you this month's currently.

Do you ever drive to school, especially on those warm days, with the windows down, wind in your hair with your favourite music playing at full volume?  I so love singing along (except my singing is appalling!), makes me feel happy and alive!  Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars is just one of those songs, I play it everywhere and never get fed up with it.  I think it's on every device I own and in times of need, it's there to say everything's alright with the world.

I've said it already, but I'm soooo happy that March is finally here.  I adore Spring (and Autumn seasons).  Everything's coming alive with new growth and new life, with the promise of summer around the corner.....light nights.....evenings spent on the beach - I totally understand the phrase - 'Full of the joys of Spring' - that's me!  Maybe it's because I'm a March baby!

Going with the theme (haha!) - I need a Spring clean, forget the house!  My old body needs rejuvenating, the greys are creeping through and I haven't had a pamper session in ages - I need to go make some appointments!

I love my blog design.  I was delighted when Christi sorted me out so quickly, but I'm really a bold primary colours kinda girl.  I've been thinking about getting a custom made one that reflects this, but beyond colours I haven't made much headway - need to move it up the priorities list!

I definitely need a fun night out.  I'm getting cabin fever.....

Arrrgghh!  Who would have a name beginning with W?!  This was hard!  I like windy days, I love them really.  Nothing like a bracing wind to blow away the cobwebs.

I'm a water baby!  Born and raised by the sea, I don't ever want to be away from it.   In the past, when I've lived and worked away from the sea, it always felt like something was missing. Just catching a glimpse of it makes me feel at peace.  All my sporting activities are water-based and I just feel so blessed to have this natural wonder on my doorstep.

Sad to end on a 'hate', but I really do loathe wet days at school.  The children just can't cope without a playtime and the day feels so long!

I hope you enjoy 'currently' blog hopping!

Don't forget to enter my giveaway - it runs until March 5th.  If you need any clues, just ask!  My newest age is 30 - isn't that great?!

Leaving you with a happy picture!

  1. I love that song!! Great choice :) I also hate wet days at school - the kids go a bit crazy being stuck inside which makes me feel a little crazy too!

    1. Hi Brooke! Thanks so much for stopping by! You can't put a good song down, eh?!

I always wish we could send the kids home, because there's definitely no learning being done! We all seem to morph into our hyper alter-egos!!

  5. Yeah, wet days at school. Not my fave either. LOL Thankfully I'm in a position now that I don't have to worry about that. :o)
