World Autism Awareness Day

'The sixth annual World Autism Awareness Day is April 2, 2013. Every year, autism organizations around the world celebrate the day with unique fundraising and awareness-raising events.'

(The whole of April is dedicated to raising awareness of Autism).
There is a Facebook Fan Page here if you'd like to check it out.
Many teachers will have had the experience of teaching a child on the Autistic Spectrum.  Likewise many may have a child with autism in their family.  My experience is of both and I was keen to participate in this link up to raise awareness of this condition.
My bloggy pals and I are joining together to offer you a freebie to celebrate this special day.  You also have the opportunity of entering a Rafflecopter giveaway too!
The Rafflecopter is over at Danielle's - Crayonbox Learning - thanks so much Danielle for setting this up!
Click on pic below to enter the Rafflecopter.
I created some Visual Adjectives Sheets in the hope that they may be of use to you and your students.

Click on the pic above to download your free resource!

Enjoy the linky - I hope you find some fabulous products to help!

  3. I teach K-2 kids with Autism, among other things and I just started following you so I can link up a little later. I have soooo much stuff for kids with autism (both in my brain and my TPT store). Such a great thing to spread the word and provide resources!
